DigiScope Camera is a mobile camera utility intended to help users capture photos and videos through compatible optical setups such as spotting scopes, monoculars, telescopes and phone-to-optics adapters. Features may include camera preview, zoom, exposure controls, image rotation, filters, photo capture, video recording and related tools.
2. Safe and Responsible Use
You are responsible for using DigiScope and any connected optical equipment safely. Do not use the App in a way that distracts you while driving, operating machinery, handling weapons, climbing, crossing roads or performing any activity where reduced attention could create a risk of injury or property damage.
3. Respect Privacy and the Law
You must comply with applicable photography, recording, surveillance, privacy, wildlife, property and local laws. Do not use DigiScope to secretly record people where recording is prohibited, invade another person’s reasonable expectation of privacy, trespass, harass, stalk or otherwise violate the rights of others.
4. Optical and Wildlife Safety
Never point optical equipment at the sun unless you are using equipment specifically designed and certified for safe solar viewing. Improper solar viewing can cause serious eye injury and may damage camera sensors or optical equipment. When observing wildlife, keep an appropriate distance and follow local conservation and animal-welfare rules.
5. Compatibility
DigiScope is designed to work with many phones, adapters, spotting scopes, monoculars and telescopes, but compatibility and performance can vary by device model, operating system, adapter geometry, eyepiece, lens alignment and hardware configuration. 6. App Availability and Features
We may add, remove, improve, limit or modify App features from time to time. Some features may depend on your device hardware, operating system, permissions, internet connection, subscription status or app-store availability.

DigiScope may offer free functionality, advertising-supported functionality, paid features or subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, trial terms and renewal information, when applicable, are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Billing and cancellations are handled through the store account used for the purchase.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Using the App for unlawful surveillance, harassment, stalking or privacy violations.
- Using the App to infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, bypass, disrupt or abuse App security or paid-feature controls except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

9. Your Content
You retain ownership of photos, videos and other content you create with DigiScope. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to create, store, share or publish that content.
10. No Guarantee of Capture Results
Image quality, zoom performance, stabilization, recording duration, exposure and other results can vary depending on the phone, optics, adapter alignment, lighting, temperature, battery level, available storage and other conditions. We do not guarantee a specific photographic, optical or recording result.
11. Third-Party Products and Services
DigiScope may be used with third-party phones, adapters, scopes, telescopes or accessories. We are not responsible for the design, safety, quality, availability or performance of third-party hardware or services. Apple, Google and any optics or accessory brands referenced on the website are the property of their respective owners.
12. Intellectual Property
The DigiScope name, software, interface, design, website content, branding and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This Policy does not transfer ownership of the App or our intellectual property to you.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigiScope is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or accessory, or error-free performance.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for your use of the App, your device, your optical equipment and the content you capture. Nothing in this Policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We may update this Usage Policy when the App, platform requirements or applicable rules change. Continued use of DigiScope after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
